    Breakfast - the most important meal of the day

    To mark the season change, in September we launched a new breakfast range. To compliment the existing fruit smoothies, muffins and granola pots – we now have freshly made warm porridge and a Toast Station. We invite customers to make their own toast from thick cut bloomers, or bagels – smother them in butter, spread or any topping of their choice. We offer the addition of Poach Eggs, Sausage, Bacon or Mushrooms for a more full English….

    Speciality Food Fair

    One of the highlights of the year for artisan retailers is the Speciality Food Fair held at Earls Court, Olympia. Janet and Richard attended to pick up samples, ideas and inspiration for new lines that could be offered on our retail shelves in store. There were hunderds of vendors from the large suppliers to little one man bands. It was a culinary treat and we picked up some great ideas - look out for some new lines coming up soon……

    Celebrity Customer Spot!

    We already have Lawrence Dalagglio, who works locally, as a regular customer from the world of Rugby. Moving on to football England Manager Roy Hodson enjoyed a late lunch at Cook & Garcia. In case you’re interested he went for the ‘Al tonno’ artisan sandwich.
